This website is operated by Familiajoya. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Familiajoya, offers this website,

including all information,tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions,  policies and notices stated here. 

Familiajoya is a comprehensive gift shop. To become a Familiajoya user and use the service, you must agree to all of the following terms of service and complete the registration process. You should read this User Agreement carefully before using the services provided by Familiajoya.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

1. The service content

Familiajoya's specific service content is provided by Familiajoya according to the actual situation, such as personal information, personal sharing information and comments, online communication and so on. Familiajoya reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some network services.

As the publisher of the content, it shall be responsible for the content itself, and the publisher shall bear all legal and joint liability for all disputes caused by the content. Familiajoya accepts no legal or joint liability. Familiajoya reserves the right to delete content that infringes others' intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. Familiajoya is not liable for any legal or joint liability, and reserves the right to transfer the content to the judicial authorities.

  9. Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Users promise to publish speech to: patriotic, law-abiding, self-discipline, true, civilized.Do not transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hurtful, vulgar, obscene, endangering national security, revealing state secrets, damaging national religious policies and national unity, or any other content that violates laws, regulations and policies.If the user's behavior does not comply with the above mentioned terms of Service, Familiajoya will immediately cancel the user's service account at its sole discretion.Users are liable for their actions online, and Familiajoya does not assume any legal or joint liability.

You cannot create an account automatically or use an automated system to perform operations on an account.

Familiajoya does not welcome

  2. Indecent language, personal assault, intentional harassment and malicious use;
  3. Topics related to pornography, radical current politics and ideology;
  4. Frequent release of poorly formed advertising content.

Familiajoya does not allow

  1. ACTS and contents (relevant policies and regulations) that violate laws and regulations of the place where members of Familiajoya located;
  2. ACTS that threaten the personal and legal safety of others or Familiajoya members;
  3. Contents potentially threatening to the operational security of the website.

Familiajoya's team's guidelines

7. Service changes, interrupts, or terminates

9. GOVERNING LAW

When completing your purchase, a billing statement including ‘familiajoya.com’ and the country code such as 'Ireland’,'UK’, etc. would be displayed on the payment page and/or your card statement.

All purchases will be processed by our respective entity in the corresponding country as indicated by the country code in the billing statement and are governed by the Local Law.
